Below are some photos from a backpacking trip we took in eastern Idaho's Lost River Range in 2005. Day one took us from the East Fork Pahsimeroi trailhead to Lake 9682’, just below the north face of Mount Church. On day two, we circled around to the basin below the north face of Mount Breitenbach. For day three, we returned to the east fork trailhead, then drove to the west fork trailhead, followed by hiking up to Merriam Lake, along with a trip to upper Merriam Lake. On the final day, we hiked back down to the west fork trailhead, where we saw the only other hikers during the four-day trip, then drove out after fixing a flat tire along the way.
